PRICING POLICY
All products offered for sale by John Lloyd Fine Tools are priced in pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility.
Every effort will be made to maintain the prices shown on the website. However, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from those shown and to amend prices when necessary.
AVAILABIILTY
All products and services are subject to availability. However, we try to hold stocks of all styles for active products, occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.
PAYMENT
We accept ONLINE payments through a secure environment by credit or debit card and transactions are shown in pounds Sterling. Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way.
Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution.

By PAYPAL through our website
By CREDIT or DEBIT CARD by phone – we accept all major debit and credit cards. Your card will not be debited until your goods are dispatched.
By CHEQUE – should be made payable to John Lloyd Fine Furniture Limited. Goods will only be despatched once the cheque has cleared.
By GIFT VOUCHER – only accepted for phone, email and post orders, we will require the unique voucher number and any additional payment if applicable
YOUR SHOPPING ACCOUNT
When using the website, you are responsible for ensuring that your account details and passwords remain confidential and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account and password. If you believe this information has become known to someone else or that your account is being misused contact us immediately.
When registering your details ensure that the information you provide us with is complete and correct and that you advise us as soon as possible should this change or you wish your details removed.
John Lloyd reserves the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to the website or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you and you will be notified immediately.

We are pleased to work in partnership with the Royal Mail and Parcel Force so where ever possible your goods will be sent this way. If an item is particularly heavy or of an irregular shape we will use contracted carriers. Please note that a signature will be required. Should you be out at the time of delivery a card should be left for you to advise that an attempted delivery was made and for you to contact the appropriate depot to rearrange.

DELIVERY

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 3 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us within 14 days unused and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or refund. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return, they should be well packed and clearly labelled and sent back to:

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we do not compensate. You will be responsible for the cost of returning cancelled or unwanted goods.
