Course Bookings

Course bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit payment  of £1000 together with a signed copy of the booking form available to download from our website.

Payment of Course Fees

The balance of the fees must be paid in full not later than six weeks before the course begins, to ensure your place on the course.  Payment may be made by cheque or bank transfer.

Extending Your Course

Although we are unable to guarantee to find a place,  priority will be given to any student wishing to extend the number of terms or add a restoration term once they have started a course. Students should advise the office as soon as they think this may be the case.  If a deposit is still being held this will be carried over to the final term,  if the deposit has already been redeemed then an advance payment of £1000 will be required to hold the additional term(s).

Cancellation of Bookings by Students

If you have to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible by telephone followed by written confirmation.

Please note that non-payment of the final balance of fees will not be assumed to imply cancellation.

Course fee deposits are not refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds

If you cancel more than six weeks before the start of the course and do not transfer to another course, any fees paid over and above the deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel less than six weeks before the start of your course no refund will be made.

If you fail to attend the course for the full duration no refund will be made.

Cancellation of Courses by John Lloyd

John Lloyd reserves the right to cancel any course at short notice if it becomes necessary to do so.  In that event, you will be notified as soon as possible, and advised of options for transferring to another course at no extra charge.  If you prefer to withdraw your booking, a full refund will be made.

Insurance

We strongly advise you to take out insurance, which should include cover for your health, your possessions and cancellation protection in case you have to cancel your course or leave  early.
